What is my user name and password? 
Your user name is your email address and your password is password.

When will my tour be working?
Your virtual tour will be working within 2 business days of photography.  You will receive a link to your listing control panel before the tour is working to verify all information is correct, and the tour can be posted to websites immediately.  That way interested buyers will know to check back later to see the tour!

Why is there a red 'x' where my virtual tour should be?
This means your computer needs a program called Java.  To load Java, go to www.java.com and follow the instructions to download.  Your tour should work properly after that.

What if my mls number changes?
Please call or email us if your mls number changes so that we can make sure to update your tour information and resend the tour to realtor.com, if needed.

Can I remove photos from my tour?
Yes! Remember, any photo you delete will be removed permanently! You can remove or rename photos on your tour by following the instructions below to log in to your tour, then go to the third page of your tour (you'll see all the photos) and click on delete to remove. Each photo must be deleted or removed one at a time, so you'll need to check the delete box and then the submit box for each photo, one at a time. You can use the drop down menu to change the room name.

How do I make changes to my tour?
Most changes to your tour can be made right from the control panel!  To make changes to your agent information click on “Click here to edit information” under your contact information, and to make changes to your listing information, click to edit under the property information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I use your still photos in my own marketing product? 
To access your still photos to save for marketing simply click on ‘Additional Tools’ at the bottom of your virtual tour, then click on ‘Photo Gallery’ and you will see all of the still photos on file for your listing.  Then you can right click and save any photo you would like to use.  We suggest setting up a folder either on your desk top or in your ‘My Pictures’ folder named with the address of the property for easy access later.

 

How do I print flyers from my tour? 
First you’ll need to add a property description to your tour by clicking on the “Click here to edit” link under your property description on your listing control panel (see photo above, if needed).  You do not need to update any information on this first page if you don't wish to.  In order to update the text on the listing flyers, click on the "Update and go to Next Step" button located in the lower right portion of the screen (even if you didn't update anything).  You are now at the 2nd page of the edit listing area.  Type whatever you would like to appear in the listing flyer in the box titled "Description."  Once you have typed in your description, you can choose to check any of the boxes listed in the features, inclusions, and amenities sections.  Please note that you do not need click on any if you don't wish to.  They will not show up on the flyer even if you do. Once you are done typing in your description and checking any relevant boxes, click on the "Update and go to Next Step" button located in the lower right portion of the screen.

The flyers can be accessed and printed by clicking on the Branded Tour Link from your control panel, then click on the Additional Tools tab in the lower right, and then click on Print Flyer in the upper left.  You will see 6 different flyer templates to choose from.  You can open them up to see which one you prefer.  Once you find the one you like, hit the print key and you will be all set! 

What are Realtor.com Showcase listings? 
Realtor.com offers agents the opportunity to upgrade marketing on their site.  Agents can purchase Showcase listings from Realtor.com.  This enhancement includes special gold banners, ability to add descriptions and additional photos to listings, and for the public to have access to the agents website and contact information instead of just the listing broker.  We are not affiliated with realtor.com, but if you would like more information you can contact a Realtor.com Account Executive at 1-800-878-4166 for pricing details.  Keep in mind, an agent that does not have Showcase listings will pay $25 per tour to post the tour to Realtor.com, so if you are listing more than one house a month it may be worth the additional money to upgrade to Showcase.  All showcase listings are posted to Realtor.com at no charge.
